Welcome to Bayshore Concrete LLC. By using our website, requesting a quote, or hiring our services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.


1.

Services

Bayshore Concrete LLC provides concrete installation, flatwork, foundations, patios, sidewalks, and related construction services. All services are performed in accordance with local building codes and permitting requirements.


2.

Estimates & Proposals

  • All estimates are free and valid for 30 days from the date issued.

  • Prices are based on the scope of work described in writing. Any changes, additions, or unforeseen site conditions may result in a change order and additional charges.


3.

Deposits & Payments

  • A deposit is required to schedule work (typically 30-50% depending on project size).

  • Final payment is due upon substantial completion unless otherwise stated in writing.

  • We accept cash, check, and major credit cards.

  • Late payments may be subject to interest and collection costs.


4.

Permits & Approvals

  • Bayshore Concrete LLC will assist with permit applications if agreed upon in the contract.

  • The property owner is responsible for providing surveys or documents required by the township.


5.

Warranties

  • Bayshore Concrete LLC warrants workmanship for 1 year from the date of installation.

  • Concrete is subject to natural cracking, weathering, and color variations, which are not covered under warranty unless due to improper installation.

  • Third-party materials (such as pavers or decorative finishes) carry manufacturer warranties where applicable.


6.

Site Access & Conditions

  • The property owner agrees to provide safe, clear access to the job site.

  • Bayshore Concrete LLC is not responsible for damage to unmarked underground utilities, irrigation, or landscaping not disclosed before work begins.


7.

Liability

Bayshore Concrete LLC maintains general liability and workers’ compensation insurance.

We are not liable for delays caused by weather, permitting, material shortages, or other events beyond our control.


8.

Cancellations

Projects canceled after scheduling may be subject to a fee to cover costs incurred (materials ordered, permit fees, etc.).


9.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes will be resolved in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey.


10.

Privacy

Your personal information is used solely to communicate with you regarding your project and will never be sold or shared.
